The client wanted to create a seasonal garden which reflected space and tranquility and which created the perfect setting for entertaining.
Work Summary Account
The garden was totally overgrown with a railway at the end of it. We removed most of the existing plants and trees to enable us to work from a clean canvas. We planted a row of quick growing tall leylandii at the back of the garden to minimise the noise from the railway and create privacy. A new lawn and planting beds were created with buxus used for form and structure in the winter months and bulbs planted to give colour and
fragrance in the spring and summer months. This was interspersed
with evergreen climbers, roses
and hardy perennials. The garden was finished off with a hardwood decking area and an arbour.
